. What is the Built Environment and why should I study it?
The Built Environment covers all aspects of Real Estate, Construction and Infrastructure. It is one of India's fastest-growing sectors, driven by rapid urbanisation, infrastructure investment and NRI demand. Specialised professionals in this space are in high demand and there are very few dedicated schools to train them.
. What are the placement outcomes at RICS SBE?
Across RICS SBE campuses, students have achieved strong placement outcomes: 99% of the 2023–25 batch was placed. The highest international package was Rs. 28 LPA and the average CTC was Rs. 8.2 LPA. 64 organisations participated in the most recent placement season, including DLF, JLL, CBRE, Turner & Townsend, Knight Frank and RLB. . Who is eligible to apply?
Any graduate with a minimum of 50% marks. Architects and Civil Engineers are given preference for MBA CPM and MBA CEQS. For PhD: A relevant Master's degree with a minimum of 55%.
. Where is the Hyderabad campus located?
RICS SBE Hyderabad is at Aerocity, Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Shamshabad, Hyderabad, Telangana 500108. The campus is within the main Amity University complex with all facilities on-site.
. What is the fee for programmes at the Hyderabad campus?
Fees for 2026-27: MBA CPM - Rs. 14,57,500 | MBA REUI and MBA CEQS - Rs. 13,86,000 each.
. Is there an entrance exam?
There is no separate entrance exam. Admission is based on your academic record and a personal interview. The application form fee is Rs. 1,500.
. Can I get a scholarship or education loan?
